Video Editing

Hi there,

I'm wondering what program I can use to do some editing of a video in terms of visual effects. I went camping and bunch of friends and the lighting sucks to begin with. I wanted to brighten up the overall picture but having trouble finding a program that would do the trick. The best program I have been able to use is VLC surprisingly. I have been using their adjustments for hue, brightness, and gama. It has been good but I think there is a program out there that can refine the video. Any other program I have been able to use just makes the video black or white and I can't see anything

Let me know
Thanks

You can try iMovie if you have OSX can do some pretty ok color correction.

There's also Adobe Premier Pro which you can get a 30 day trial of if all you're doing is that video.

Lots of tutorials on youtube for either of these programs.
