Mole removal

Anyone dealt with moles before? Recently found some mounds of overturned dirt in my yard which i think is caused by a mole. I live in a townhouse complex with abt 50 units, and have contacted property management regarding this issue. Property manager spoke with strata council and found out this has been an on going problem for some time in multiple units. Pest/animal control laid some traps before but was unsuccessful in capturing the mole, and laying traps in every unit was too costly (in the thousands of dollars i was told) so it seems like strata doesnt want to deal with this. So gardeners of revscene, whats the best way to get ride of/capture/kill the mole(s), doesnt matter if its humane or inhumane way, i just want to get rid of the fucker. Also, are there any prevention from the mole coming back? Im just afraid since the complex is pretty big, they will come back even after getting rid of the one in my yard.

I used to work for a landscaper. He'd scrape the top dirt off and pour a cup of gasoline down the hole, seemed to be pretty effective..

Sorry I'm not helping, but it's mold by the way, not mole.

This guy might be able to help. Seem to have a lot of experience on the subject however his methods are a bit archaic.
