Any good shop in Richmond to do services?

I need to take my 2014 ML350 to maintance, but the dealer's price is kind of too high. So does anyone know some good shops in Richmond that I can go to? Qualitity is important, as long as the price is not high as the dealer's. Appreciate

Most dealerships charge too much for hourly labour
And they will sell you services that you may not need to make their target sales

Also some small shops such as OK tire will rip you off.
