Any Excel gurus can help me Basically what I'm trying to do is on the first spreadsheet I need a "Yes" in the column under Eligible for Superstar. There is a bunch of names that I need to cross reference with the second spreadsheet. So if the names are on the second spreadsheet, then yes for Superstar, if no, then no.. Is this possible? It's on the same workbook http://i.imgur.com/ejX1R3o.jpg http://i.imgur.com/llzoryo.jpg Thanks |
So what you want is if the second sheet matches the names in the first sheet, insert the text, "yes" for superstar? |
https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-...no-values.html or hlookup if the values you're cross referencing are in a row |

From the screencap you gave us, it would look like this: =IF(ISNUMBER(MATCH(Cell number,Range you want to cross reference,0)),"Yes","No") Plug this into your "eligible superstar" cells and it will return the values. |
