US Dept of Defense reveals their UFO research program, releases UFO footage I saw this on my facebook and thought it was a joke at first, but nope. The Dept of Defense revealed its UFO program titled Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program (AATIP) and was active until 2012. It of course doesn't assume that a UFO is extra terrestrial - basically it involves anything that flies that can't be explained with their current knowledge. This includes this footage they released: Full article is at NY Times Quote:

It seems like this video was sent to the Times by people working for the same company that Tom Delonge (from Blink-182?!) was shilling on Joe Rogan Experience #1029. As much as I wish this was real, my bullshit detector is off the charts on this one. |
I skipped that episode because I heard it was so bad... Is there a timestamp of the relevant part? My BS detector is quite high as well, which is why I spent quite a bit of time reading before posting this... But besides the hyperbole, they are definitely seeing things that they can't explain |
I don't recall the exact moment but throughout the entire interview he was plugging his "To the Stars Academy of Arts and Science" and kept saying how they were going to release some earth-shattering information soon. Every time Joe tried to ask him for some simple clarification on the stuff he was talking about he'd deflect or say how he couldn't discuss it. The whole interview was both hilarious and cringe inducing. |
