He might run it summer - fall (CFL style?) besides last time the games were on Friday/Saturday and would go against college ball if he did it in the Fall and followed the NFL schedule.

The WWE TV Deal is ending soon with NBC, and FOX could be competing for tv rights. The XFL on FOX along with some sort of streaming platform could benefit both parties.

Also the NFL CBA expires after 2020 and there is expected to be a strike. XFL will therefore be the biggest active football league in America
