What i mean by what will show up on my record check is will it show up all my negative encounters, and my charges that i was never found guilty of ?

You should've asked if it only shows convictions or arrests and charges too.

If you were charged then yes it will show up on a criminal record check regardless if you were convicted or not

It usually only takes a few days..if there are issues, they would have asked for prints too.

How about you re read it. I clearly said if you were CHARGED, regardless if it resulted in a CONVICTION or WITHDRAWAL it WILL BE ON YOUR RECORD. Anything and everything you have been charged with will be on there

weird, you should get a separate copy for yourself and one for your employer..

A criminal conviction doesn't automatically mean you'll have a Criminal Record. The only way to get a Criminal Record is to be convicted and have fingerprints taken in relation to the offence you've been charged with.

Also, the loading of convictions onto Criminal Records has been behind for years, so there have been a number of people that, for years, haven't had convictions show up.
