Dispute everything even if you are wrong

twitchyzero 02-28-2018 08:32 PM

how much is the ticket for changing on solid white vs HOV?

some times I enter/exit the highway via HOV, I'm curious if a police wanted to be by the book if I'm worse off switching out of the HOV immediate after hitting highway speed and break solid white or continue another 300-500m in the HOV and only break out at the dotted lines.

did you end up suing the mall and is your daughter okay from the grape fall?

if you were to lane cheat, leave a mannequin in the car

twitchyzero 02-28-2018 08:46 PM

police have seen everything...that's probably the oldest trick in the book and if they want to make an example out of you on the news they'll probably take your car away for good (like the guy who cheated the tolls)

whats your court day so i can submit this thread as a legal document you admitted excessive speeding also to be included :troll:

...

I will admit, I was going about 120 km/h on this lane. Due to there being cars on the right lane, I was unable to switch over. Instead on braking hard, I decided to switch into the HOV lane

lmao

Seriously dude, your foot shouldve been off the gas the moment you see a car ahead. I like to drive fast too but damn, you're making us look bad. You took a gamble, and you lost. I think actually think the cop let you off easy.

This reminds me of when someone say's "I'm not racist but" then proceeds to say something racist like that initial lead up makes it OK.

Do you have to wait for a broken white line to exit/enter HOV?

It's always illegal to cross a solid white line. If you could cross it the same as a broken line there wouldn't be two different lines. If your join the roadway into an HOV lane with a solid white line then stay there until there's a broken line.

Exactly WHAT are you going to dispute? There's absolutely nothing you can dispute from what I can see. Man up. Pay the ticket. Doesn't matter how many years you've had driving experience, without getting a ticket. Just means you weren't caught for that time period.

Trust me, I've been there.
10+ years without a ticket, then on new year's day of 2018, I get hit by a speed trap leaving the Airport by Petro Canada, going 70 in a 40 zone. (Yea, it's tricky in that area. 60 zone a block away)

Do the right thing and pay it.

Remember, You gotta pay to play my friend.

Someone must have pulled the "i am pregnant" in the HOV lane. Does that work?

How is the HOV going eastbound on Granview Highway suppose to work? I would like to turn right south up Boundary. When can I get in the lane? If I stay in the centre lane can the guy behind me with road rage issues lay on the horn thinking it is going to make me be allowed in the right lane any faster.

What about if you get stuck on the wrong side of the train. It has 2 engines upfront and one in the middle and it' going so very slow. 20 minutes. If I turn off the truck waiting should i be get a distracted driving ticket if I used my phone?

twitchyzero 03-01-2018 10:01 PM

^ huh if you're turning south off Boundary just hug the right...the HOV lane starts from Grandview into the on-ramp...just make sure you're not getting off at the next exit at Willingdon because you won't make it if there's traffic...damn gps :lawl:

technically yes as you're on the public road behind the wheel...some officers seem to treat distracted driving like DUI...key in the ignition = open season
