Does anyone know where I can buy
Low Voltage Trigger,
Aftermarket Amp Interface Adapter and
T-taps locally ?

We have all kinds of adaptors like this. If you can tell me what voltage and when you want the trigger to happen, I can point you in the right direction. The amp interface we have as well, but before I can offer one, I need to know the application as well.

The last thing you want is to buy the wrong thing, so if you tell me what year, type of car, application, then i can put the correct items together for you

We will never have T-Taps to offer you though as we solder everything. Maybe Canadian Tire?

T-Taps, OMG! They are the worst things ever. Nothing but problems. The nitrous kit I installed in my Civic came with a T-tap that was used to trigger the NOS. It came loose over time, like in a few months. Wasn't catastrophic, but caused some irritating issues. If you search the web, there are lots of horror stories of t-taps loosening up over time. Especially, in the engine compartment.

Best piece of advice............ Don't tap that.

In your situation, the regular t-taps would most likely do the job. It’s in a dry location. I’m just anal and like to leave nothing to chance. My wife used to say I built stuff, like decks, sheds, and playground equipment that would survive tsunamis, earthquakes, and floods.

I am amazed at what some people are proud of. That car looked horrible after he was done with it! Can you imagine trying to put your groceries somewhere with that crap in the way?

We have a simplified system to use your factory subwoofer output from the OE amp. It's an electronic LOC that can take all 35 volts per side from the factory amp. His LOC would have melted over time as it can only handle 80 watts max. Ours also does voltage sensing, so your amplifier will turn on only when the sub turns on, unlike his example. His amplifier will turn on when the chimes go through the speakers, causing a really shitty turn on thump.

As an expert in BMW amplifier integration, I gotta say that there are good ways and bad ways to make bass in your car. His way was horrible. It's a BMW for god's sake! Treat it like the car that it is.

Why not just tie directly into any ignition-switched 12V instead of using that voltage trigger thing?

Or just use an amplifier with speaker level in that turns the amp on automatically saving you time and money. :)

Too much voltage for the inputs of any amplifier, except for Audio Control

This is a good point, but why do amplifiers, hi-end brands include this option without failing? I used to sell them all the time and clients were quite happy. Just putting it out as from my experience it works quite well.
