I mean, mine would be pissed if something like this happened.

But apparently, parenting is just "sending money to your kids and you are good" to some.

When you have only one kid
When you have been living in poverty for 20-40 years
When you suddenly become so rich
When you feel guilty sending your kid to oversea alone

Still didn't beat this guy from 3 weeks ago. 162 km/h, 92 over the limit in a good old E55.

But hey, his car was on tv, at least he got that out of it.

"A driver was slapped with a hefty fine and a roadside impoundment after police say they were clocked at more than 90 km/h above the speed limit.
The driver was pulled over in Maple Ridge Sunday in the area of Golden Ears Way and 113B Avenue.

The sedan will sit in an impound lot for at least seven days, Mounties said, and the driver may be subject to a driver risk premium of $320 a year for the next three years. Drivers in a similar situation could also face a criminal charge for dangerous driving, police said. Sunday's incident was the highest speed Mounties have seen on the stretch of road this year, they said."

Speed limits are great for the old cars. I’m quite happy cruising at 90km/h in my old beast. Last night I was brainlessly driving home at midnight on empty roads/highways when I realized my highway blazing beast of an Acura TSX was comfortably cruising near 50% over the limit. Oops. Until we all are driving new cars or some serious updates to licensing and training happen we should keep the speeds down. I also saw a 335i in the parking lot with slicks.... or just bald tires. If there isn’t maintenance checks, we can’t trust owners to upkeep their vehicles for high speeds. Idiots

Fastest I've ever gone was on that stretch. Coming up the cut just before you round the corner at the top you floor it. Long downhill under Lonsdale towards West Van to help with momentum. Lay off as you pass the next underpass and your good for the corner into West Van just don't go into that corner to hot! lol

Berz out.
