Uneven tire wear on front right only

I have had a rotational grinding noise for the past week when driving over the past week, almost like something is rubbing or mis allgined coming from the front. Its develops into a him at higher speeds

Had wheel bearings done recently and there is no shake in the wheel

When I pulled the wheel today I see very uneven tire wear on just the front right (where the sound is coming from).

Rear right and front left look like fairly even tire wear.

2004 civic si with 284km

Any ideas?

Its the inside shoulder of the tire that is worn

You need the wheel bearings rechecked, there's a good chance it has failed (there are a few ways to screw it up when pressing them in). CV joint is also suspect based on the noise.

As for the tire wear, you need an alignment...but start with a front suspension check to figure out if you have a worn control arm bushing or upper strut bushings, both of which can cause excessive camber and inside tire wear.

Did they do a wheel alignment after replacing the wheel bearing?
