^ everytime I hear E pace, I thought it would be like a EV...

I remember back when I was in the market, I noticed the CX3 is really small for what it is. I believe a Mazda3 actually has more space than it.

The CX-3 is based off a Mazda2.

Not sure if this review is bias but they favour the XC40 over the X2 and E-Pace

Went to Volvos site to see in the had an inventory search. They do not. Did an online chat with the Volvo dealership in Victoria.

Quote:

Each of the dealers received 2 XC40s. Our two are for test drives only, until some inventory is available. As of now, there are only factory orders being taken. It sounds like you are on a shorter timeline. Have you driven one yet?

My last three are scheduled for late-August to late September. There may be stock on the ground by then, but we have no real way of knowing because there has been overwhelming amount of orders.

Well, I'm pretty sure all the dealers are in the same boat in terms of inventory. The Jag is lovely! Anything else I can help with. And you're right about size. The 10 inch difference between 40 and 60 makes a difference.
Other dealer is surrey told me it was a 7 month wait. I could understand it this was a high end luxury car but this is a 40-50K CUV. They should have inventory to sell day one. Can't wait for the day Amazon starts selling cars.

Any Kia hybrids that fall into this category?

TouringTeg 05-07-2018 08:38 PM

Cx3 and Mazda3 look super close in size when next to each other. Cx3 is just a bit taller.

Exterior yes, the it's ridiculous how much more room is in the Mazda3... CX-3 is a car no one asked for.

Kia Niro is the only hybrid Kia CUV. Unless you count the Soul. I test drove the Kia Niro... really liked that it had a dual-clutch automatic rather than a CVT. Made a big difference. Really nice appointments and tons of tech for $30,000. Good car as long as you aren't in a hurry anywhere. I think it's 0-60 time is 9.5 seconds...

So I googled for the 2019 Hyundai Tucson... They are getting rid of the 1.6T and replacing it with a 2.0l and 2.4l both non turbo...

"Under the hood, the SE and Value grades will feature a 2.0-liter I-4 that’s estimated to make the same 164 hp and 151 lb-ft of torque as the outgoing base models. SEL, Sport, and Limited models will have a 2.4-liter I-4 projected to generate 181 hp and 175 lb-ft, replacing the 175-hp, 195-lb-ft 1.6-liter turbo-four. A six-speed automatic transmission will be the only gearbox available on the 2019 Tucson, as the seven-speed dual-clutch unit will no longer be offered."

Not sure if Im gona like this new drivetrain... But the exterior/interior is falling in with the Hyundai trend....

I was at OpenRoad Hyundai Richmond getting my car service and test drove the Kona. Really like the HUD and overall feel of the kona 1.6T but I ended up getting quotes and pricing for the 2018 Tucon 1.6T Ultimate because I love the Panoramic Roof among other features.

Hyundai's new Santa Fe is damn good looking. Subaru Ascent isn't as attractive but has 7-8 seats depending on option and probably the best AWD system in a SUV other than a Truck based suv with full lockers (rubicon, 4runner, lexus gx, landcruiser)

if you don't care about looks or crazy offroading, probably I'd go with the ascent for AWD system and descent gas mileage.

FerrariEnzo 07-09-2018 05:13 PM

thats a little too big for me.. I prefer something smaller like the Tucson/Rav4 type size..

kiwee 07-10-2018 02:45 PM

Has anyone test drive the new rdx?
