I saw that last night. Makes me wonder why diesels aren't more popular here and makes me want a diesel

The old 1.9 TDI were pretty bulletproof. You can get them in the mk4 golf/jetta

our old diesel Land Cruiser would get avg 600-700 km on a tank... and that was a boxy, super un-aerodynamic 1980s shape. It's a shame Toyota stopped selling diesels here, imo

My colorado gets around 800-850km/80L tank if it's straight highway. and that's not even trying to hypermile, that's just set it and forget it cruise control lol.
