Fully loaded low mileage Mazda 3 Sport GT (hatchback) with a 5 speed manual in great condition.

Includes the Luxury package which includes leather, Xenon headlights, 6 disc CD changer, and automatic climate control. Comes with A/C, ABS, auto on/off lights, auto on/off wipers, heated side mirrors, moonroof, LED taillights. Includes new OEM All Weather mats (originals are included)

The car needs nothing as I've had the following work done on it in the past 5,000kms:
- New Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires (less than 3,000kms on them)
- New front and rear brakes (Akebono rotors and Hawk HPS pads)
- Brake fluid flush
- Transmission fluid flush
- Coolant flush
- Replaced spark plugs
- New rear shocks with new shock mounts (Koni STR.t)
- Replaced cabin air filter
- Interior detail (steam cleaned interior by Burnaby Auto Spa)
- 2 oil changes
- Exterior detail (decontamination, clay, polish, sealant)

A set of Michelin X-Ice winter tires on 16" steel wheels are available at extra cost ($600). They have at least 20,000km of tread left. A set of Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs and matching front Koni STR.t struts are available for $600

Car has 1 claim from 1st owner for ~$2k in 2009. Clean title, no liens.
