aren't they tolling all the bridges soon?

if they really wanted to clamp down on speeding all they need to do is put a reader like toll cameras in different sections of highways and measure the time it takes for the same vehicle to travel between each reader.

I experienced this in China and they really slow people down.

and china has cctv that can see if you're wearing seatbelts or not

Anyone else ever high beam the car in front of you when they run a red? lol I do it just like a red light camera would. Flash them when they enter the intersection and again when they exit. People tend to slow down when they think they've been caught by a city camera.

if you weren't driving, you can name the driver and the ticket shifts to them, but then it becomes a normal red light ticket and comes with 3 points.

so depends on who was driving it and if they are reasonable.

if they're willing to pay for the ticket, then leave it as reg owner and pay the fine, no points for anyone.

if they are being a prick, name them as the driver. they get the fine and the points.
