Does it roll constant video as well? A photo is proof that you were there but not anything elss

Haha this is stupid, if you read the MVA it clearly says that decibel readings need to be conducted in an isolated environment to eliminate the chance of ambient noise increasing those readings. Even when the VPD was making a show in the media about doing up Harleys on Granville by pulling them over and holding a decibel meter near the exhaust, I can virtually guarantee every one of those tickets was thrown out if they challenged it in court.
