left turn on red

I know you can do it turning onto a one way street, but what I'm not sure on is the light on Nordel way that's been installed recently. Can we turn on red too? Provided I stopped completely and there's space.

Same with the south bound knight street onramp from marine drive westbound.

Anyone with input to this?

is it a one way?

Yes - yes
No - wait for green

no

the 2 dedicated light-controlled, left-turn lanes should be evident you need to wait on your specific green and not treat it like turning off from W Georgia or something

marine dr eastbound @ knight with 3 lanes wide open usually has traffic flying down anyways

but it is a one way path/street that I'm turning to, so I think it's technically legal to do it regardless of how many lanes or any number of dedicated light are present.

I'm asking because a lot of times there are no cars at night, and the Nordel one is just plain dumb.

Just turn, it's late at night and there's no cars.
If a cop pulls you over jus tell him it's dumb, he'll understand.

I only do red light left turns from a one way onto a one way.
