Only a very small portion is actually donated to charity. Probably for tax purposes, and of course, to maintain their "charitable" donations.

Just throwing that out there. These organizations aren't as charitable as people might think

I met a persian guy from West Van once way back when who was rolling a Lambo Gallardo cuz he had collection bins everywhere and people think it's for charity but he just sold the clothes to 3rd world countries

or they get sold as scrap cloth

we go to mall dumpster to see what kind of stuff we find, but we never dive into charity bins cuz person morals
