Brake Fluid Exchange Costs?
 
What are some typical costs to do a brake fluid re-fill and flush? Is $100 the norm, quoted from dealership.

Yes that is the norm. It will cost more if you decide to use better brake fluids though

Be aware that some shops don’t take the time to get all the air bubbles out of the system and make the brake pedal very soft
