I've lived by this plaza for 12 years and frequent this parking but aside from it being a bit busy during dim sum hours I never once experienced anything crazy.

I was at the T&T this afternoon. It was a total gong show. I've been going there for a long time. Once or twice a month, at least, and it has gotten worse. As a side note, cheapest bubble tea joint in that shopping mall.

i always thought 41st & vic parking lot is the closest thing to richmond this side of the bridge
