best app to track workouts? what are people using to track their workouts? specifically... what type of exercise/ how many sets/ reps / weight. i dont care about the diet portion. and maybe be able to show some reporting/dashboard. right now im' using damn notepad lol... and might transition that to a spreadsheet but that just aint gonna be good enough. |
