Continue from 2019 into 2020, exercise every day even if it's for 10 minutes (better than nothing) and gradually work up to longer routines. Be healthy.

Don't sweat the small things. Start taking things that don't need to be less seriously.

Be more aware as to what I'm wasting my money on so I can save more. I don't waste food as is which probably saves me money and I've more than enough clothes to last me another 2+ years. Old Navy plain tee's in various solid colors and Costco UrbanStar 15$ jeans = perfect haha.

Quit drinking
Quit buying soft drinks/chips when I'm at a store
Do more baking

As active as I was, I was still eating too much. I didn't lose weight until I ate less. One tip I can give is Metamucil... lol... it sounds stupid but it works. I just needed something to not feel hungry and fiber does that, has 0 calories. I eat once a day, if I feel hungry in between, I drink some fiber. 2 days a week, it's only fiber... no eating... just fiber.. lol... keeps you regular too unless you don't drink enough water then you'll be constipated.

Following up with this, I'm now starting month 3 of keto. Lost 10lbs and I am happy to report I no longer look like I'm 9 months pregnant :lawl: Plus I can actually cook decently now ish.

185 squat | 230 deadlifts

I'm hoping to hit 315 on deadlifts 5 reps by June (hopefully)
