I got my first speeding ticket in a couple years, and the officer wrote the wrong postal code, and my old address on the ticket. Both of which have been updated correctly on my license. Any change that invalidates the ticket if I dispute it?
Judge: "Is this licence plate, drivers licenses and your signature on this ticket correct?"
You: "Yes:
You: "But you see, this was my old address, I used to live here"
Judge: "So YOU used to live there?"
You: "Yes"
Judge: "Were you driving your house down hwy 99?"

Errors go against the QUALITY of evidence, not dismisses it entirely.
Address was updated on my license. He used an old address, and made up a postal code. Figured it was worth a shot, but likely going to ask for a reduction of cost/points instead.
