Quasi, the machine could be locked out where only a tech would only know how to unlock. I had the same problem with my whirlpool washer, tech took 2 weeks to show up and unlocked it in 5 seconds.

Yeah im not sure. I spoke to manager they will exchange just waiting to hear when.
