Here it is in the flesh after a ridiculous amounts of leaks on the phone. Starts at 799 for the Pixel 6, and $1179 for the Pixel 6 Pro, undercutting the iPhone and Samsung phones by a couple of hundred bucks.

Currently if you pre-order the phone, you can get a pair of Pixel Buds for free.

I've been sitting on the sidelines to see what kind of flagship Google will come up with. Currently own the Pixel 3XL with the controversial notch, passed on the Pixel 4XL cause it was loaded with unnecessary features. Got wifey the Pixel 5, which turned out to be a bland phone, like the Toyota Corolla.

Site got hammered right at 10am. Surprised Google doesn't have a way to deal with the traffic.

If it was the Bose 700 included I would have jumped right in at the get-go. Pixel buds isn't quite enough for me to jump in blind.

Going to wait out the embargo on the real world reviews.

I'm surprised at the early demand though, Google typically doesn't see this sort of hype and they definitely don't typically see this sort of follow-through on actual purchase demand on day 0. Glad to see competition though

You guys are ballin man ... $799 for a phone??!! Never spent remotely close to that for a phone. I'm also on a Pixel 3, got it on a 2 yr plan for $10/mth = $240

Agree, the most I'd ever spend on a phone is like $400... And it has similar features (that matter to me), waterproof, nice screen, full glass, etc. Maybe the camera that I rarely use is not as good, or maybe the games I don't play would run better, but I'd rather buy 2 phones over the course of 5 years than try to get value out of 1 at the same price
