headphone suggestions

I want to get my wife some wireless earbuds but I haven't bought headphones in ages so I know nothing about what's good. She's usually not super picky about sound quality but she'll definitely want something light, comfy, and with decent longevity. She doesn't need any fancy features, doesn't need a mic or want to have to use an app to do anything, ideally just pair to bluetooth and go (if that's possible)

The Sony WH-1000XM4s are widely regarded as one of the best active noise cancelling (some even say it's better than the newer XM5), and is currently on sale at Costco $399.99->$279.99.

It's on the higher end, and the app does quite a few things including EQ. It's comfortable, portable, and great battery life.

The earbud equivalents, WF-1000XM4, are also on sale right now everywhere for $249.99, and they are the best earbuds I've owned.

I recently got a set of Soundcore Q30.

https://www.amazon.ca/Soundcore-Canc...dp/B08HMWZBXC/

For $90, you can't really go wrong. Has noise cancelling, USB-C for charging, it's not the heaviest and it's decently comfortable. Sure it's not as good as Bose or Sony but for 1/3 of the price I don't think you go wrong.

I have the Sony WF-1000XM3 and they are fantastic. Battery is great even after a few years of HEAVY use. I imagine the newer models are good too

I'd recommend disabling the stuff like EQ and sound enhancement as it kills the battery pretty quickly. That goes for any headphones though. Noise cancelling is fine

last few years i discovered MPOW brand and they seem to make decent products at a very reasonable price (i'm not an audiophile)

I got the MPOW 059 for under $50 on amazon few years back, i'm sure they have newer products now but if you're looking for something even more cost effective worth a look
