What is your strata move in move out fee?

Doing a quick poll, thanks!

Back in the day..... $100 move in, no move out fee. But it was a townhouse and honestly they did nothing. I don't even why they charged.

^ same, but it was $100 to move out as well.

They need to hire security to make sure you don't break stuff (their stuff). :lol

Back in the day (7 years ago) it was $100 for in or out but I would say my property manager was really bad at actually charging me (or my tenants) so we often skated on paying.

Zero for when we moved out of our condo.

There was a $500 damage deposit fee by cheque to reserve the moving elevator, and after we moved out, they did their checks and gave us the cheque back if all good.

$100 move in fee; $100 move out fee. I mostly look at it as the cost to hog the elevator for 2 hours since we're given the key to hold the elevator for our use during that 2 hr window.

$200 move in, not sure about move out. $100 refundable damage deposit.

Mine is $200 move in and move out... so $400 for a round trip

100 each way. a member of council sits at the door to make sure nobody comes in and if it's properly organized will scout out the morning of and cone off some street parking spots. we hang up the elevator curtains too and lock it off.

i watched a new renter move in yesterday without a fee or council approval. couple of hours. they didn't need the elevator so no harm no foul as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure my fellow council members will moan about it tho.

$200 in and out as damage deposit. Strata manager checks if there's no damage, will give you back the deposit money. So $0 lol.

$0 living with parent

Gerbs 05-15-2023 10:19 PM

$150 In and out.

I saw condos that were $400 recently but it was corporation/REIT owned condo on Kingsway.
