Oh I forgot to mention, a 2017 or 2019, I can't remember, Audi S5 Sportback with the massaging seats were quite good, but that was my only exp with massaging seats.

Anyone ever get in one of those 1st gen Volvo S60 seats? Holy moly, first time I sat in one I was completely floored.

Family member has a modern Lexus and the seats are surprisingly, very uncomfortable.

Sat in a Genesis G70? or something Genesis SUV, and it was close to that same feeling of getting into that old Volvo some decades ago. Is it just me?

There's one thing you guys should try out, and this is completely out of the left field. We went to test drive a Alfa Giulia for shits and giggles after I ordered the M3. I didn't test drive the quad, so just a regular 2.0T. It had the most comfortable head rests I had ever been in a car, both wife and I agreed the headrests were magical.

youre nuts! You just got canned and you're still looking at cars? what are you dark0821?

The only thing you should be looking at is a Corolla Hybrid. thats the ultimate car for your wife. Saves money and is cheap(ish) to buy. There is a current promotion going on for the prius, you should get one of those.

Is there actually a promo? I thought there was a waitlist you had a sell your left kidney to even be on?

I had a 2015 Hyundai Genesis sedan AKA G80 and my current 2020 Genesis G90. Very comfortable but I think a lot of the comfort has to do with the floaty nature of the cars. They absorb all the bumps.

The first and only time I thought "damn, these are some comfy seats", was in a '25 MDX. I recall the RDX was pretty good too.

I saw some comments in this thread about these seats not being comfortable for them. Just goes to show how personal the fit can be.

The next most notable seats for me were in a 992.1 Carrera T. Felt perfectly fine after a multi-hour drive, no sore points or anything. Typically I get old man back pain after a while with other typical seats.

Those seats are only comfy in a straight line - nothing is holding you in place once you enter a corner (at least that was my experience in a friend's 70's Eldorado )
