I do not really understand why they even bothered with a C class coupe during this time of Benz, the seats front / rear are the same!

wait wait wait... so during this time they had

C class coupe....
E class coupe
CLK which was a c class based coupe...
S class coupe which was the CL? but thats based off the E class?
Then they had the SL coupe/convertible which was supposed to be the S class coupe but lighter, hence SL...
and just for fun, throw in a SLK which was a uhhhh.... trash.

Mercedes can eat a colossal bag of dicks with their assinine naming schemes.

Almost correct:
SLK - Mercedes Miata
C Class Coupe - I believe slightly shorter than my E coupe, not pillarless, but same interior / seats. Dash is slightly different.
E Class Coupe (Replaced CLK Nomenclature starting in 2010)
CL - which to my knowledge is actually S Class based, 4 Seater
SL - Mercedes Grand Miata 2 Seater (Europe only optional childrens seats in rear)
SLR - Mercedes Grand Grand Fancy McLaren Miata

Don't forget, there was actually an E Convertible as well

I have heard that track is incredibly hard on the brakes because yes, it's super tight. I have only been to the drag strip as audience, though. Also tracked on VIMC and Area 27 in my Camaro before, just not Mission. Guess I dodged a bullet there.
