anyone know where they sell bamboo plants locally? other then home depot and ikea?

gf bday coming up and among the stuff i wanna get her I was thinking of getting her some socks cuz she likes those cutesy ones.
anyone know where to get say hello kitty ankle socks? I have no clue where any hello kitty store is.
also, what about places that sell those socks iwth like animals/cartoons on them? I think it's a korean thing just wondering if any stores have em?

Try The Rock Shop downtown on Granville. Its where I bought mine during my blue hair and piercings days. They should be $15 - $20. If you want a little higher quality, check the Harley shop off of Highway 1 in Vancouver

Looking for 8mm camcorder. They stopped making these long ago, but I need one to do some transferring to DVD. It can be a digital8 or Hi8 camcorder. As long as it can play analog 8mm tapes.
There must be shops around that sell refurbished or old stock. If any of you have one lying around, help me out. I guess I can go around pawn shops. If any of you see one at a shop, let me know.
