Very quick to reply to emails and product shipped fast.

However, after less then 1 month the grill I bought started rusting. Seems to be a plating issue as only one side seems to be affected. Anyway, I think he deserves negative feedback for not even responding to the issue. He's been ignoring numerous emails over the past few weeks. It's too bad because I was going to buy more stuff from him but if he can't stand behind his quality I think I'll pay a little more to a reputable business.

So.....BUYER BEWARE! If you have a problem he will fall off the face of the earth!

yup bought 2 sets of hid's from him 2 months ago. 1 ballast only worked for 30mins then broke. so got him to replace that. then new one broke again. so now im trying to get him to replace it. since i bought the HIDS and haven't even got to use it since. he advertise his product with 1 month warranty. but i dont know if its only 1 time warranty claim is allowed. or he'll ignore your pm. to make it pass the 1 month warranty mark. and not warranty them anymore? i thought you'd actually keep your word. saying you'll gety our brother to call me for a new ballast. but dude its been 2 months no word from your brother, and barely any responese from you about warranty. BUYER BEWARE.
