anyone watch this..?

Its pretty good.. basically another one of those animes where the main character is superstrong etc and is their like.. saviour cause he has stronger abilities etc.
Other than that, it kinda looks like Neon Genisis Evangelion.. although I haven't really watched it..:o it has the same one big evil thingy getting chopped up, blood everywhere kinda fighting style, as seen on the first eps.

theres a few others i watch and follow all the time that are pretty good. One piece which is at like 250something subbed. Excellent anime. Beet The Vandal Buster is also not too shabby and ic currently at 45 episodes. Another one is called The law Of Ueki. I thnk its pretty dope and so far i have not heard of anyone else who watches this or ahs heard of it. Sort of a diamond in the rough maybe iono but i like it.

i figure ikkaku didn't use his bankai against ichigo, because he didn't see him as such a big threat -- and it would kind of be an insult to himself if he couldn't beat him without using it -- his bankai is only a LAST resort.

remember, ichigo at that point in time, was probably only as strong as a vice captain -- NOWHERE near the strength of the arrancar. at no point in time was ikkaku ever really afraid of ichigo, but the second the arrancar released -- ikkaku thought he was dead.

Didn't Ikkaku train after Ichigo beat him? I think he muttered that he was going to and wanted a rematch.

Well I think that Ikkaku had to use Bankai because in the real world Shinigami's full power are capped (to 10%? Forgot gotta rewatch/read that part). Otherwise he might have been able to beat the arrancar.

Yea I know Ichigo's bankai > all bankai performance wise :p
But the cool factor isnt that great imo because he only becomes alot faster and abit more poweful, however I still like the giant sword better :p
