i had a simliar experience with this guy.

Setup a meeting place and i waited 2 hrs for him, called him a few times but no answer...so i got fed up and went home...got home pmed him and asked why he didint pick up his phone so he said he forgot it or lost it (i forgot the llame excuse). So this weekend i was in richmond so i called him up again and ask if he wanted to meet up coz it was conveniet for him...he picked up and i asked if he was free...he answered ahh ill call u back....another 3 hrs no answer or anything

seriously pathetic if u change ur mind just say it i was pending a few offers as well but since u came first u had dibs.....very very irresponsible person, WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH AGAIN

the ppl tat actually finished the deals with him are extremely lucky
