So everything is there for install rite?, does the filter go in the bumper area and is it pretty safe from water, and were abouts r u located...............thx

Everything is included, and I'm located in langley too.
It fits in the bumper area, and as long as you don't run through 18" deep water, you'll be okay. I ran it through a nasty puddle on Marine Drive during the last big rainfall, and the car still runs strong.
