No, because if someone offers the price miky's asking, then by all rights, they should sell, as opposed to enticing bidding beyond that price.

An auction continues to rise in price until a deadline. Pending sale means there is a tentative agreement on a price agreed to by both parties, subject to approval and inspection of goods received.
