bluetooth is something relate to Hardware. the only way is add a bluetooth add on to it

you need to have bluetooth chip pre-installed on the phone to make the phone work with bluetooth. it's not something you could add on the phone by flashing it.

i can order the Lcd for 6300 series, but it's very expensive, i recommend you to get a used one and i can replace the lcd for u.
