Daiso, by the CD section, depends on how big, mine's like a picture size... kinda waterproof, if it's wet, it can be scrubbed, you can tape over with clear packing tape after you print and before you cut to size...

Fastsigns, SFU document solutions, kinkos... just to name a few.
