If you're on the page with your picture on it, if you click on the "All Sized" icon on top of the image, it'll bring you to a page of the full size image, and the address is underneath the image there.

You can't. Fibre base prints and platinum prints can only be made from B&W film. The quality is something that cannot be replicated in any digital print.

What are those prints called which you is bound to a wooden frame. Nothing is holding the print except the wooden slats from the backside. The print is then free to be touched and all.

Still working on processing through the vacation and wedding photos from our recent trip to New Zealand. Here's some of what's finished so far (some have already been posted in the Daily Showcase thread).

New Zealand is an extremely active area of the world in terms of geo-thermic. This is especially true in the area around Rotorua in the central part of the North Island.

http://www.mithril-photography.ca/main.php/d/317-2/champagne+pool+1024.jpg (http://www.mithril-photography.ca/main.php/v/nz2007/champagne+pool+1024.jpg.html)

The Artist's Palate @ the Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Park

The pohutukawa is a sub-tropical flowering tree which favours the coastal areas and can be found in most parks of the country. It flowers in mid-summer and is therefore often called the NZ Christmas Tree.

There is almost no drip coffee available in New Zealand with "flat whites" being the most common. Basically they are almost no-foam latte's (just a small hint on foam on the top) with double the expresso.

You make two layers/duplicate layers...
2nd layer, edit > canvas size > make sure it is relative and change #
1st layer, add shadow.

Very nice Tom, could you tell us a little more
about the pic itself? in terms of how long
were you there, was it really dark in the
forest, was there a lot of people etc...

i look at it, seems like u stood on top of
the pyramid in the middle of the night
by urself.... kinda scary..

^ The sun went down at about 7 o'clock. I was with a friend so it wasn't to scary. A security guard came up and asked us to leave because we were past park hours and it was already dark (well I think that's what he said because I spoke no word of Spanish). I wanted to stay longer, so I showed him the international sign for money :D
We bargained a bit, but when we finished it cost me 15$US for another 2 hours.

The moon was super bright, so no need of using the highest ISO possible. Glad I packed a flashlight with me because the jungle was pitch black. The threes were so thick the moon had a hard time lighting the way. It was beautiful though, in Central American the moon was visible through out the afternoon and absolutely dominate the entire sky by night.

We stayed at a hotel right there in the Jungle. The power would go out at 9 and the candles would be lit till the morning. At night the jungle was a bit quiet, but in the morning it was a different story! I have audio recordings of howler monkeys screaming at 6 o'clock! *The computers down for another two weeks so I can't upload it right now*

Anymore questions?

Will you be organizing an all inclusive paid for expenses trip for the photography forum people? Since you are the mod and all that.. I think you should take us and show us how you did it.

All paid for of course. ;)
