| Local places to buy PC accessories?
Getting my PC 7424 on Saturday.  Want to see if I can find the backing plate, and some pads and some good polishes this weekend so I can get a little polishing done on my dad's car he's gonna sell. Anyone know of any places in Vancouver that sell these parts (backing plate and pads) that would be open on the weekend?

Do the pickup in Burnaby option. Many times I've placed my order and was ready for pickup the same day.

Yeah, I've looked at their website. Only issue seems to be that it looks like half their stuff is out of stock.
I'll probably end up getting stuff them there if I can't find it elsewhere.

I bought my PC from Autopia, but then I found out about Carcaresmart, I got their pads and they're better than the Sonus ones sold at Autopia.

If I'm not mistaken, they sell the Lake County pads? Now I just need to find a backing plate for it since they don't seem to sell at 5" or 6" one at CareCareSmart.

EShine has it but you're going to have to wait. I'm not sure if DAS has anything in their stock they sell out all the popular items fast.
If you can't possibly wait you can check our Lordco. Pricy as hell, however.

i know this is an old thread but does anyone have any more info about carcaresmart?
i've never heard of them before. how does the pickup in burnaby option work? do they have a store or warehouse there?

They're strictly mail order now. From the packaging, they're somewhere in Richmond, so shipping (as long as it's in stock) is quick. However, I find a lot of the time, a lot of the products are out of stock.

Try PM icanpolish. THey're a sponsor on here and they might have PC accessories. Not sure if they sell the PC itself but it's worth a shot.

are there any local places that carry a wider selection of heavier cutting compounds?
i have a ton of scratches to remove...they're deeper than a swirl but not so deep that i'd take sandpaper to it
i'd buy from icanpolish but they only have optimum compound
