depends on the bulb. from what i see, they have 2 numbers, the first number is actual wattage, the second number is what wattage the bulb light output appears to be

eg 55/80W

haha, i think nokya just labels them like that by wattage. stage I is lower wattager or closer to stock, while stage 2 is higher wattage.
