Does it come pre-assembled or does it need the original parts from the original targa?

you will need everything from the original targa. I searched around before since I wanted to have the oem top and the cf top, you can pick up all neccessary parts for about $100

Does the Sparco seat use bottom mount or side mount? And is it authentic or knockoff? Just curious, because the real Sparco Circuit seat doesn't really look like that.
