There are tones of homes being sold in Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley.. The biggest myth in real estate in Vancouver is that its a dead market or quiet market.. we have so many people coming here from over seas, we have tones of people living here that need to live somewhere, and we have limited land.. figure it out the market can't stop..
