Press button #1 (or the lock button) for 2 seconds until it chirps. You may have to repeat that to go through several AUTO modes. Keep doing that until the AUTO turns off the screen. Good luck!

My car likes to auto lock when the motor is still on after a short while. Can this be disabled via the remote? This is for a 8000FMR tho.

Not fun to be locked out of the car lol

You can use the same method. Press and hold button one. You only have to do it once for the 8000.

Locks also unlock after you turn the engine off right? Sounds like ignition controlled door locks, if so, then that's only adjustable through the install menu.

Press button 1 to stop the beeping. Make sure the car is still armed though. The range is pretty far so you should be able to arm and disarm from quite a distance.

Berz out.
