This is my new thread, updated with prices. Prices are negotiable, and vary upon how much you buy. The more you buy, the more you'll save.
Minimum purchase is 50 meters.
The following fibre's listed below are single-mode, and aren't terminated:
1 fibre strand (bare) = $0.75/meter
4 fibre strand (gel coating in jacket) = $1.25/m
12 fibre strand (gel coating in jacket) = $1.50/m
24 fibre strand (gel coating in jacket) = $2.50/m

Networking at light-speed bandwidths, high-quality audio systems or surveillance security. Basically replaces copper cables but at a much higher bandwidth.

Still plenty of fibre left. Unlimited bandwidth for your home/business networking needs!

You just need an SC or SD pigtail connector terminated onto the fiber cables. Tools required (list is for reference only, don't have these parts for sale):
-Fusion splicer ($10k) or mechanical splice kit ($50)
-Fibre optic cleaver ($300)
-Fibre jacket strippers ($100, minus the stripper jokes guys)
-99% pure alcohol to clean the cables
After you've terminated the fibres, you can plug them into a media converter of your choice.

They're fiber optic cables... not copper cables. You can buy some of mine and some testing with it, try conducting electricity with fiber optics

fastest bandwidth travelling at the speed of light. thats 299 792 458 m / s inside a vacuum, so knock a few m/s off that as the light will be travelling in fiber glass.
ive gotten A LOT of interested buyers, but for RS, im still hanging on to a few km's of this stuff so just let me know

high-quality audio systems
Could you elaborate how these can be used in an audio environment in place of regular copper wires?

you need to research optical audio, or look up TOSLINK
