You can never find a clear cut winner as everyone's preference for their own version of Best Pizza in Town will be different. You can find a list of good pizza joints, but there won't be one that stands out on top above all.
My faves are:
4 Brothers (Better than Uncle Faith's, imo.)
Dijo's Pizza (near PNE)
Panago's

Another one for Panago's.. the chorizo and goat cheese is pretty yummy
Johnny's is not bad either

I don't care if Panago is a chain... never had bad pizza from them.
The one on Kingsway and Tyne makes em the best though

Grab'n'Go Pizza - 4 Brothers. Better than Uncle Fatih's in my opinion.
Chain Pizza - It's a split between Panago and Dominos
Take your time to eat pizza - Marcello's on Commercial and Gigi's Pizza on W.Broadway

For a chain, my vote goes to Panago again. They're more expensive than others though, and rarely have specials.
But best pizza overall would have to be with a mom n pops store - which I don't have any experience with.

Out here in surrey, in my opinion panago is the worst chain pizza available.
i'm never happy with it.

a really delicious pizza specializing restaurant that opens on certain hours..
I can't recall the name of it, but it's hidden right next to Killarney Market on 49th Ave. and Elliot Street. The pizza restaurant is within that shopping center, and it's right at a hidden corner near the entrance to Killarney Market.
They don't cheap out on the toppings!

pizza numero .. these are cheap i'm-so-drunk-i-will-eat-anything snack.
these do not qualify in my book
boston pizza is decent cause it comes with tons of cheese but nowhere worth mentioning, they're just normal pizza that u get from any restaurants
flying wedge is a tad better than boston and panago, and pizza hut *crap.
hells kitchen would be ok since they have a variety of toppings that are unique.
steveston pizza i got to say .... the best pizza i've ever had. i saw the owner on TV and i went to their place on a rainy day. he bought us drinks and we sta and chatted with him. it was pissing rain that day and they still had people in and out ordering.
until i find a better place, my list is pretty solid from the top.

Nat's Pizza.
there's one on denman and there's one on west broadway.
best new york style pizza in the city, guaranteed. i ended up spending the weekend hanging out with an actor and his wife from new york while he was filming a 'horror' movie here, and he said he'd heard about it from other actors in manhattan.

It's called Columbus or something along those lines. Probably not the best, but pretty consistent. I usually alternate between them and Panago. Their wait time is hit or miss I find for delivery - considering I live 5minutes away walking.

Went there recently and love the pizza there. The toppings are piled on for the pizzas and everybody loved it more compared to the other Panago pizza that was at the party.

Another vote for Uncle Fatih's pizza.
If you're out in the valley, however, Ah Beetz in Abbotsford has amazing thin crust pizza, fresh ingredients. If it wasn't so far away, I'd go more often.
Wow, lots of places I need to try. Steveston Pizza was definitely good (White Rock location). Tried a few different kinds and they were all very good.
It's not premium but I also get cravings for Panago's primo capicolo and BP's four cheese (mozz, cheddar, feta, parmesan).
Round Table Pizza (Richmond) also had really good hot wings. Big and plump.

Where is supreme pizza?
On the south west corner of Victoria Drive off E. 49th Ave. An absolute hole in the wall, but super friendly people and awesome pizza. :)

I'm sure someone here already mentioned it
but Steveston Pizza gets my vote for best pizza in town. Loads of premium toppings.
excellent pizza overall!

Oh that place.. might give it a try, since it's so close to my house :D
Another vote for Uncle Fatih's pizza.
If you're out in the valley, however, Ah Beetz in Abbotsford has amazing thin crust pizza, fresh ingredients. If it wasn't so far away, I'd go more often.

I grew up in Kitsilano and went to school there, so Nat's is the neighborhood joint. Their Beefeater or Chorizo Mushroom. MMmmmmm. I recommend it if you like thin crust.

Wheat House beside the gym equipment shop at the corner of westminster hwy and no. 3 rd.
Not too greasy and great tasting crust.

oh there is a panago that opened next to it a year or 2 ago. Never tried wheat house but remember many years ago the owner and driver was getting into a fight with some Honolulu customers who was parking in his spot.
the panago in that strip mall ain't that great by the way. Owners run it, so they cheapen out on the toppings. I know because it was a big difference when picking up from the Steveston Panago location.
any votes for the multiplying power of Fresh Slice pizza? Not really a fan of them myself, just surprised they have so many locations.

This place use to be great. I grabbed a slice a whiles back and think it was day old pizza, not to mention flavour sucked.
Any place that cuts corners and serves a customer day old pizza is out in my books.
Out of the pizza joints I've tried, Megabite is solid, although inconsistent at times.
From the sesame crust to the tomato sauce, the pizza is great.
Four Brothers
-I didn't think it was anything spectacular - maybe bland? The toppings are generous and worth ordering again.
SD Pizza (Originally King Georges - Under new management)
-Pizza is alright - they need to work on the tomato sauce. It's tastes bland.

Everytime I'm at Marcello's I get the worst possible service ever haha. I usually hit Lombardo's instead for pizza, but in terms of pasta Marcello's is probably better.

It's awesome. I really like the dough. Probably my favourite pizza place in vancouver right now.
imo, their pizzas are comparable to pizzeria mozza in LA.
Pricing is reasonable too and cheaper than Verace or Nicli.

I did not realize I pass by this place on my way to work everyday. I never gave it much thought considering its by the Cobalt and the previous two establishments lasted only months lol!

Brado Pizza on Commercial Drive.
Except I didn't like their poutine at all. The fries weren't crispy, but were over fried and dried. The gravy was either packet gravy or from a can. Only the cheese from their poutine was acceptable.
Try at your own risk.

my favorites-Uncle fatih's near gm place. It's cleaner and bigger then the commercial one and they have classic glass bottle pop.
Panago main and 14th? Good quality pizza, never very busy and you can get a personal pan and a pop for 6$.
Coliseum pizza. it's in north vancouver, lonsdale and 13th? Kinda pricey but they have some killer awesome pizzas. The management is terrible though. Deep Cove pizza in deep cove has the same menu as well. The deep cove one is a hole in the wall though. The slices are never fresh and it takes them forever to cook a pizza. Call before and place an order. Try the potate col algne(sp?) It's a really awesome potato pizza.
