I am pretty u spotted the white mkv gti that did a r32 front and rear bumper conversion with widen front and rear fenders. yes, he is running on bags.

there is no such thing as a 4 doors mkv R32. They never sold 4 doors R32 in the US or North America.

R32 are legal as imports into Canada as of earlier this year. There are a couple roaming around.

The center exit exhaust is a popular mod with the MK5 GTi guys.. The hard part is finding the bumper valence to pair with it.

I've seen a couple of BC registered TR (red), CW (white) R32s.. Have yet to see a local one in DBP (the sexy blue)
