since current events that took place in the past days i have found myself without a house (sucks ass) and i was wondering if anyone needed/ knew someone who needs a roommate or has a suite for rent near the uvic area. Or somewhere with bus access to uvic. Less than 700-800 a month. I dont know if this is the right spot for it but can mods pls move if incorrent. Thank you very much

My buddy is looking for a Room mate. It's a full shared house with him, and his female friend. It's about a 5 minute walk to Hillside mall, where you can catch the 4 directly to Uvic. The room is a decent size. Has a living room upstairs and downstairs, kitchen, laundry, deck, garage and a huge back-yard. I think it has an outdoor shed as well.
