What's the age limit for wearing brands like Christian Audigier, Ed Hardy & Dussault?

I was just wondering what the age limit for guys as well as for girls to wear these brands? What's the maximum age limit? I'm just curious what you guys think.

If you have to think about if your too old to wear shit, u shouldnt be wearing it..
haha... sigh... im old
when ur old enough to not go clubbing anymore, and u see the clothes as something u would possibly wear to go clubbing, then ur too old to wear it...
If you have to think about if your too old to wear shit, u shouldnt be wearing it..

there's no age limit to any clothing, well not imo atleast. Its all about your preference in clothes. Look at old nammer moms rockin tna, bebe, lulu lemon and all that teeny bopper shit :lol

ahh hehe
C.A. ed hardy... sigh
was watching MTV and they showed the flagship store in LA with Christian Audiger there... he had these 40+ year old working in there who were very very feminine(if u get my drift)
just found it hilarious that these gangsters and gangster wannabes are head-to-toe in it when the creator and his employees at his store are all well quite the opposite? :)
anyway sorry totally off topic ;)
and i agree with hotjoint there shouldnt be an age limit for any clothes...

The CA/EH clothes are way too flashy and obnoxious, and as I get older I like a more understated and simple look. Doesn't mean I don't buy branded stuff, I just don't need the logo plastered all over the piece of clothing. I think once you're out of school and in the working world then it's time to move on from this kinda stuff

Today I had a chick and her bf come in looking for "flashy, dark-wash jeans, ones with embroidery or fancy cosmetics on the back pockets" for the guy. She said they were for "going out" lol...
And another group of chicks were looking at a nice hoodie, and one of the girls wanted to buy it but the others went "But nobody'd know what brand you're wearing!" because the logo was hidden somewhere.
Then some tiny, smelly brown kid with a Gucci fanny pack starts complaining about how lame everything is in the store.
But I digress.
Your way of dress isn't determined by age. It's determined by you. If you like gaudy, branded flash stuff then so be it. If you like classic, plain, tasteful clothing then so be it. Just know that classic clothing are classic for a reason, and likewise for fad clothing.

I just think all that ed hardy/ CA crap is just over priced and played out.
I dunno, I wouldn't spend my money of upwards near $100 for just a t-shirt with some fancy pictures and a logo. I rather just save up and get some nice car parts for my ride instead. but thats just me.
NUDIES is gonna be the next "ed-hardy/RnR thing"
that's just stupid, Nudies were here WAYYY before RnR and TR, they didn't even get that popular. People that buy RnR and TR care about the logos, nudies doesn't exactly show the logo as much as they do.

All this talk reminds me of the mid/late 90's when all the wannabe gangsters and nammers were wearing Versace clothing with the big logo and funny colors.
NUDIES is gonna be the next "ed-hardy/RnR thing"
what do you even mean by that? ed hardy and rnr arent even alike in any way asides from the fact that they're mainstream. nudies has been around for a long time and even today they still arent very popular.. i rarely see people wearing them

IF you own more than one item of Ed Hardy, Affliction or Christian Audigier thats one too many!!!
Dont you people know that this sh*t is out of style???
Let me guess, if you still like this stuff youre currently wearing an affliction tshirt, Ed Hardy Hoody, true religion jeans and an LV man purse strapped across your chest.
You may think you look cool but everyone else that sees you is laughing behind your back. I guess it's still cool if youre like in highschool.
Its like that gucci waist pouch that was in style about 6 years ago. It was hot on chicks that wore it on their hips. Then some dudes started wearing it and it was ok. But each year after you would see every surrey and abbotsford home boy wearing a fake one across their chest strolling robson street.
So here's a fashion tip - unless youre currently in the UFC or a Rock Star or Criss Angel its out of style!!! spend your money on something thats new and in. stay on top of the trends not way the f*ck behind
^ Hatters?
In other words, people who hat.
When you get old you can easily spot which people who make the clothes they wear and which who's clothes make them. Seriously, this brand stuff don't mean shit.

Yes there is. A 40+ yr. old mom wearing clothes a 16 yr. old will might look fine to you who I assume is in his teens or early 20's. But what about the demographic the mom belongs in?
Would you argue the same if your mom was wearing a mini skirt and tank top and every guy in the street eyeballed your mom in a dirty way like they would a sexually maturing teen?

You make your outfit...your outfit doesn't make you....I think you can distinguish who fits in which category just looking at people in public...therefore there is no age limit...as long as your rocking the outfit..and the outfit is not rocking you..

i know... to me von dutch was a fad but wasnt as bad looking as audigier or ed hardy. its seems like this guy is making uglier clothing and getting more popular at the same time.
his marketing is good as you say, going for that rockstar or ufc/wrestler tough guy look. i went to his store in soho new york and he had tonnes of pictures of him with celebs and tonnes of them just wearing his stuff.... give your crap away for free or pay celebs to wear it, now thats good marketing!

I honestly don't get "for the price, id rather get bla bla".. I bet ppl who has CA or whatever says the same thing for ppl who buys wings + horns or any other expensive brands. It's their own choice, taste. I personally have a couple of EH shirts but not the super flashy ones.. I bought it cuz I like it and not to show off (and no, i didn't charge it on my Credit card =) )
I do admit that other styles are ugly as hell though.
So to summarize all that.. Who cares what ppl buy or spend their money in. If you don't like it, then buy the brand you like lol..noone's forcing you to like EH or CA right.

Yeah no one should be wearing CA or EH shit. I hate most of those so called hollywood brands anyways like smet, artful dodger etc. Yeah people can wear what they want but what they wear can and will affect how people look at you. If you're wearing APCs, SB dunks, flannel, and a fitted cap people are gona assume you're a skater or are into street culture. If you wear CA/EH/J linden/Kappa/etc etc people are gona assume you are a wannabe gangster or some kind of douchebag.

I don't see why the big deal. I think it's the Vancouver mentality. I could imagine someone like Gene Simmons wearing it. He's old as fuck. I could see someone like Chris Angel wearing that shit. It's just fashion, there's no age limit. If you can pull it off, then pull it off. It's just fucking Vancouver ppl that overplay everything. We ruin trends. If you can't afford it/ can't justify spending money on clothes, fine, shut up and who cares. If I like to spend $300 on a hoodie, I'm sure I would already own a bloody big screen and a car. What does it matter how much it cost. Moron's blow thousands of dollars on fucking beater cars/honda civics/etc. Money is meant to be spent, regardless of what the hell it is. Clothes, cars, food, bitches, drugs, houses, boats, motorcycles, etc.... Who caressssss why people waste their money. One person thinks a car is just a car, another thinks it's a representation of themselves.
skholla>>> Paying $XXX for Bape is along the same lines as CA. Bape is definately no where near the calibre of D&G, Prada. Nor would it be a recognized brand decades down the road. Bape has definately came a long way though. They've actually grown as a company as well. They don't put out that flashy overall print hoodies anymore, they actually have button ups, khakis, and other casual stuff that doesn't have gigantic logos on them.
CA on the other hand has just gotten worse.

It has definately come a long way. But to compare a "urban" clothing brand to Prada, etc doesn't make sense.
I totally agree with you on the CA stuff. Just gets bloody flashier and flashier. But whatever, different strokes for different folks. Some people think baggy shit looks cool, others think skin tight jeans are cool. Who the hell are we to play "fashion god" yano?
Just hate it when people start bandwagon bashing people just cause they need reassurance from their online peers. I bet you the flamers on here aren't exactly "cool". They probably bitch about going clubbing because it's too expensive. Or "too many skanky girls" that wouldn't give them time of day anyways.
