I've bought a couple jackets from there before and they're not fake. It's all little kids that work there tho. I fucking hate how the stores don't hang up their shirts and fold them for you to see. It's annoying to have to pickup every shirt to see what it looks like.

It's the STORES job to re-fold the tees and put them back their respective pile(s) why would the customers be the ones folding and putting the tees back in order.

Hanging helps in my opinion. Take El Kartel on robson, theres never a mess when i go shop around there. Why? because all their shit is on hangers, people jus slide the tees down to check out the designs yeah theres the occasional douche that takes them off and messes shit up but the mess is small as opposed to the gigantic pile that accumulates in the stores that fold their tees and stack them up.

it's not just little kids. it's customers. and yeah if you work there and want to keep getting that paycheck, you better hope people are in the store messing it up and giving you something to do. otherwise, find a new line of work

It looks good from the outside, but once you step in, the jackets look like crap, the shirts/jeans are priced, and does customer service even exist in that store? Out of 4-5 times i went in that store to check out if they have any new stuff, never once did i see people paying at the till.

Anyhow, I discovered UNDERGROUND just this week after wandering around metrotown this week. I was quite impressed with the store's layout, selection, and staff. The staff was pretty helpful, and they did the standard greeting. Nice of them to have a good collection of Diesel stuff, since most stores usally only have a handful of random stuff by Diesel.

As you can see the

1. Zipper isn't a Gold Zipper with the Christian Audigier Symbol Chain.
2. There's no gold Silk lining inside the hoodie itself.
3. There was no Manufactures tag no tag for Size and no tag saying "Made in China" or "Machine was cold" etc.
4. There was no Christian Audigier Price Tag on the string with the Plastic Gold Seal.
5. The Grey chain print in the background of the hoodie is way off from the Authentic
6. The Panther's on the back didn't have a Gold Stitch outlining
7. You can't tell from the pics but the Felt on the crown on the hood, chain on the sleeves and the Panthers on the back were all shitty quality. They felt like carpet.
8. The Underground tag has a Product Description of Black when it's clearly RED!


Pretty much the only thing they got right on this fake was the Gold String for the Hoodie itself to tie it up. Still thought I'm still beside myself that I bought a fake from a legitimate Store in Metrotown (and no it's not the first one I've bought), when just days before buying this I had read a eBay guide on how to spot Fake Ed Hardy and Christian Audigier.

yah the zipper was the first thing I noticed; I noticed it in the store because it was so hard to do up but I just dismissed it and took it off and bought it. It wasn't till I got home and looked on eBay to see if I got a good deal and then started to notice the major difference's. Then upon seein' there was no tags on the color or on the bottom left side of the jacket then I was 100% sure it was a fake.

Understandable. It's actually pretty easy to tell that it's fake, cause it isn't even a AAA fake. It's a pretty shitty fake.

That hoodie is 100% fake i dont care what you say, because you're just rambling on. without any proof of authenticity. The zipper on that hoodie is completely off, christian audigier does not use those zippers. its a lame attempt from you to try to bring face back to your crappy overpriced store. Your store is fairly new, and already has a bad reputation for selling fakes, i've already seen two guys on revscene with hoodies from your store both fake, with that ugly rhinestone zipper design.

realistically, I don't think a big store and operation like Underground would purposely sell counterfeit clothing. they'd be caught and shut down so fast.

I have no problems with your store and the customer service. You guys have the most updated selection for G-Star, Diesel, SFAM, and Energie and they all look okay to me.

However, a couple of your customers DID get a fake from your store. What good does it make them to frame you like that? They even have pictures as proof!

check ALL your stock, weed out the fake ones.. i doubt you guys sign contracts directly with CA.. tell your wholesaler that you guys got a few fakes in the batch.
