no its just dirty, and not a great picture
could easly be cleaned up with some brake clean but its an exhaust they get dirty

Thinking about putting it back on my car, I am beginning to miss the “sound suppression on the daily commute and deep throaty tone under full acceleration”. Someone better buy it before I get off my ass and put it back on.
